
H.E Ben Dotsei Malor
Ghana's Deputy Ambassador USAH.E. Ben Dotsei Malor is a distinguished Ghanaian broadcaster, journalist, and diplomat. He studied mathematics, statistics, and computer science at the University of Ghana but eventually pursued a career in journalism. He spent over 12 years at the BBC World Service in London, where he was a well-known presenter and editor.
In Ghana, Ben Dotsei Malor served as the Presidential Spokesperson and Director of Communications during former President John Mahama’s administration. He also held significant roles within the United Nations, including Chief of Communication and Public Information at the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and spokesperson roles in Liberia and Pakistan for UN missions.
In 2025, he was appointed as the Deputy Ambassador of Ghana to the United States of America, marking an important role in Ghana’s diplomatic corps to enhance bilateral relations. His career emphasizes the power of passion and communication in transforming vocations and public engagement.
